In-home care provider DispatchHealth scored a whopping $200 million in Series D financing. Tiger Global led the round with participation from Alta Partners, Echo Health Ventures, Humana, Oak HC/FT and Questa Capital.
This investment bumps the company’s valuation to $1.7 billion, making it part of the ever-expanding unicorn club. In June the company closed its $138.5 million Series C funding.

Telehealth vendor MDLive has tapped Dr. Cynthia Zelis as its new chief medical officer. She comes from University Hospitals in Cleveland, where she actually handled the system's rollout of the MDLive's services while serving as VP of ambulatory operations and telehealth. That role tasked her with oversight of more than 50 ambulatory health centers and all of the system's telehealth efforts.
