According to a new report from GBI Research, the global patient monitoring devices market will hit $8 billion in 2017, up from $6.1 billion in 2010. PharmaSecure announced this week a $3.9 million investment round led by ex-Google CEO Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors.
