This morning, Infermedica, a Wrocław, Poland-based artificial intelligence triage system, announced that it closed its Series A funding round with $10.25 million.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Heal Capital led the round with participation from Karma Ventures, Inovo Venture Partners and Dreamit Ventures.

Polish startup Infermedica has announced a collaboration with tech giant Microsoft, which aims to empower healthcare organisations to build and deploy virtual healthcare assistants at scale.
The artificial intelligence (AI) health company, which specialises in early diagnosis and triage, announced in a blog post that it will provide its technology to the Microsoft Healthcare Bot service.

This morning AI-enabled symptom checker Infermedica revealed exclusively to MobiHealthNews a new $3.65 million funding round. Estonian investor Karma Ventures led the round with participation from Dreamit Ventures, Inovo Venture Partners and Müller Medien.
Originally founded in Poland, the company has recently expanded its international footprint with a move into the United States.

Early stage venture firm and accelerator Dreamit Health has just announced its latest healthcare cohort, which is largely made up of digital health startups.
This round, companies working with artificial intelligence, cost efficiencies in hospitals, and clinician care efficiencies were the most popular topics in the cohort, according to Adam Dakin, Dreamit Health managing director.
