Ibex Medical Analytics, an Israel-based startup using artificial intelligence to support cancer diagnostics, has unveiled a $38 million Series B funding round. Octopus Ventures and 83North led the raise, which also saw participation from aMoon, Planven Entrepreneur Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.

In its goal to become a full-stack digital health provider, London-based Numan has acquired medical science and healthcare technology company Vi-Health, based in Stockholm and Malmö.
After completion of the acqusition, the majority of the Vi-Health team will be joining Numan, whilst continuing to work from their offices in Sweden.

Boston-based PathAI, maker of artificial intelligence tools for pathology, has capped off its Series B funding round with a $15 million strategic investment from the Merck Global Health Innovation Fund and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Yesterday PathAI, a Boston-based maker of artificial intelligence tools for pathology, closed a $60 million Series B funding round led by General Atlantic. Other existing investors, most notably General Catalyst, also participated in the round.
