Connected fitness company Peloton priced its IPO last night, raising $1.16 billion with shares priced at $29 a piece. That price didn't hold for too long, with the company closing its day out at $25.76.

FDA draft guidance on BCI devices. The FDA signaled its interest in the development of implanted brain-computer interface (BCI) devices on Friday with the release of a new draft guidance focused on the emerging technology.
