Sonde Health, a PureTech Health spinout focused on vocal biomarkers for various health conditions, has acquired voice-based survey-platform-maker NeuroLex Laboratories, the companies announced this morning.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, although the companies noted that NeuroLex CEO Jim Schwoebel will be stepping into Sonde's executive team as its new VP of data and research.
